Patrick L. Ryan is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The SMR Group, Ltd.

Ryan was previously Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of SMR Aerospace and CFO of its companies, SMR Technologies, Inc., and Flight Structures, Inc. (FSI).

Ryan held several senior management positions throughout his 15-year career with BFGoodrich Aerospace including controller, aircraft de-icing; controller, engineered rubber products; and administrative controller, aerospace division.

His professional memberships have included the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; American Management Association; Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants; National Association of Accountants; and the American Defense Preparedness Association; National Business Aircraft Association; and Modification and Replacement Parts Association.
